for the construction of three (four-bedroomed) two storey, detached single family houses of individual design and located on individually defined plots, all within the curtilage of Johnstown House Business Centre, which is a protected structure, (KCC Development Plan Listing Ref: B19-22) and (NIAH Ref: 11812020). The proposed three houses will contain a mixture of gable and hipped slated roofs, with smooth and roughcast rendered finishes and including some selected stone to external walls.
