The proposed development seeks the omission of previously permitted single storey childcare facility (324sqm gross floor area (GFA) and the replacement with 6 no. dwellings, comprising a two-storey terrace with 4 no. mid terrace, two bed units (85sqm GFA each) and 2 no. end of terrace, three bed units (107sqm GFA each), together with all associated landscape, boundary, infrastructure, site and development works ancillary to the proposed development.
