Development within an application area of ca. 10.05 ha will consist of: (1) Establishment of an inert soil waste recovery facility to provide for the importation of ca. 1,047 million tonnes of natural inert waste comprising soil and stone and/or broken rock to backfill the quarry void to a contoured landform that will be in keeping with the surrounding landscape with an agricultural end use.
