Extension of Duration of Planning Ref. No. 16/329 - revisions / modifications to approved development. The current application seeks amendments to the partially complete Temple Wood housing development which was permitted under Ref: 06/2885 and subsequently amended by application Ref 12/555. The proposed revisions result in a revised site layout providing 34 houses (in lieu of a total of 30 as approved under ref 12/555) within a site boundary of 16.59ha. The nine approved sites numbered 23-31 have been reconfigured to now feature 13 sites, which are sequentially numbered 22-34. The proposed house designs on plots 22-34 are reconfigured to accommodate individual site constraints. The internal road layout remains the same. Access is proposed from the upgraded / improved dairy entrance onto Kellystown Lane previously approved under Ref 06/2885.
