Full planning permission is being sought for a ground floor extension to the existing log cabin design dwelling, the construction of a detached domestic garage/store, the installation of an effluent treatment system replacing the existing unauthorised on-site system, the formation of a splayed site entrance and works to achieve required sight line from such, completion of the external finish to the pump house and all other associated site works.
