An Bord Pleanala made an Order (Ref PL10.247496) to Grant Planning Permission to Mr.Pat Wallace following on a third party appeal against a Decision to Grant Permission (KCC Reg Ref 16/421) for a development consisting of a pair of semi-detached, two storey houses and related site works, services connections, etc. at the south side of the grounds of 'Fanad House' Guesthouse, Bennettsbridge Road, Kilkenny. Take further notice that a planning application (KCC Reg.Ref.18/384) was made by Ms.Frances Wallace and Ms.Sarah Wallace (daughters of Mr.Pat Wallace) for amendments to that permitted development.
