These works consist of; • Temporary widening of section of the R691 in the townland of Booly comprising construction of a stoned area to accommodate abnormal load deliveries. • Construction of a temporary section of stoned road off the R691 and R695 in the townland of Ballyclovan to accommodate abnormal load deliveries. • Construction of a temporary section of stoned road off the R691 in the townland of Scotsborough to accommodate abnormal load deliveries. The works at this location will include construction of a temporary bridge crossing and all associated drainage and sediment protection, a temporary crane hardstand, temporary welfare facilities and carparking, temporary refuelling area, temporary bridge assembly area and temporary stockpiles. Advisory Note: There are also works required in County Tipperary, and a separate amendment planning application will be made for these to Tipperary County Council. The planning application will be accompanied by a Natura Impact Statement.
