Demolition of an additional outbuilding within the curtilage of 10 Ormonde Rd is also proposed. This application proposes carpark surface upgrades to 20/21 Patrick Street & minor landscape upgrades to the rear of 10 Ormonde Rd. The development is located within the Patrick Street Architectural Conservation Area
