The size of the garage is such that the roof pitch and hip angles also match the house as does the construction and finish, thereby maintaining an aesthetically pleasing look to the development. The conservatory will consist of a low ( approximately 600mm. high ) wall with windows above extending up to soffit level. This will match the two bay window at the front of the property and create a harmonious look. A pair of French doors will open from the middle of the long side onto a landscaped patio area. The roof is a seamless extension of the existing roof maintaining the same ridge line, facia and gutters.
