The care provision will be a range of short, long term and specialist geriatric healthcare services, including various therapies and support activities for residents suffering from Dementia/Alzheimers. Additionally, the facility will contain a new kitchen to provide catering services for the new ane existing building, along with heating plant, lifts and associated services. The proposed building will comply fully and exceed HIQUA accommodation standards, fire safety and disabled access provisions, and all other statutory regulations. The design includes a large secure landscaped ciourtyard with access from internal day spaces. Finishes and detailed design will comply with conservation area requirements to enhance the current village character. Parking provision includes a number of disabled car spaces, a covered ambulance set down area, and a covered cycle stand is also provided.
