extend and enhance the existing single storey older person nursing care facility known as Miguel House by the addition of a two storey extension to provide specialist residential care accommodation to the south of the existing home. The care provision will be a range of short, long term and specialist geriatric healthcare services, including various therapies and support activities for residents suffering from Dementia/Alzheimers. The design includes a large secure landscaped ciourtyard with access from internal day spaces. It is proposed that a new road and pedestrian entrance will be created directly from the Main Street in full compliance with current highways standards.
