EV spaces), bus set down area and 4 no. bus sparking spaces, with additional overflow parking available; • Works to the R425 road to provide traffic calming measures in the form of concrete buildouts, islands, a pedestrian crossing, and associated line marking and signage; • The re-design of the existing vehicular entrance along the R425 road to provide pedestrian/cycle access; • Provision of a new emergency vehicle entrance only onto the R425; • Provision of 227 no. cycle parking spaces; • Provision of static storage for firefighting; • Amendments to and the extension of the existing amenity track and lighting; • All associated boundary treatments including the retention of existing hedgerow along all boundaries; • All associated site development works and services, including foul water pumping station and rising main, irrigation well with pump, and all associated hard and soft landscaping including mounding, footpaths, pitch fencing, planting and landscaping works.
