Consequently, 27 SqM will be gained to Retail Unit No. 98 (Anchor Unit 03) at mall level and furthermore, 49 SqM of permitted retail area at first floor (Unit no. 98 - Anchor 03) will be lost to landlord circulation area C-31, resulting in a new proposed total retail area for Unit No. 98 (Anchor Unit 03) of 2991 SqM and area of circulation corridor C-31 increased by 40 SqM to 257 SqM total.
