The proposed development consists of the following: •Creation of an opening in the southern wall of the walled garden. •Construction of an ESB substation building, with a gross floor area of c. 28 sq.m, and with a height of c. 3 metres. •The substation building will accommodate client and medium voltage switchrooms, and will be clad in stone in keeping with the adjoining existing wall. •All associated and ancillary works.
