develop as follows: The proposed development forms a phase of a larger development on the applicant's overall landholding. The development will consist of (a) alterations and stabilization work to a remaining section of an unstable wall to the east of the site and (b) removal of a remaining section of a poor quality, unstable wall to the south east of the site and it's replacement with a new 1.8 meter high reinforced concrete wall, partly faced with salvaged stone from the section of wall to be removed.
