The change of use of the former female medical ward at St. Joseph’s Hospital to provide a new office headquarters. The existing three storey protected structure building will be internally renovated, altered and refurbished to provide consultation & meeting rooms, offices, stores & a plant room. A new staircase and lift will be included serving the three floors. The extension will be clad in fibre cement cladding panels, white render, frameless & curtain wall glazing the latter incorporating glass fins. The site works will include the provision of 25 no. Car parking spaces, bicycle stand, internal roads, pathways, landscaping, external sculptures and associated drainage. The development will be carried out to & within the curtilage of the Protected Structure (RPS 257)
