minor alterations to previously approved development, planning application ref. no. 06/4024 and An Bord Pleanala decision PL13.229516 and granted an extension of duration ref. no. 13/7094. The alterations comprise of the addition of stone entrance feature walls at the entrance to the development with signage, replacement of the approved timber fence with a block and stone wall inside the boundary with neighbouring house, Derrynane, on eastern site perimeter, change of four terraced units on the eastern boundary, houses 11-14 Castlebrook Green with two semi-detached units, bin stores and meter enclosures to front of mid terrace units, re-design of two semi-detached units (type I) at 16-17 Castlebrook Green, and minor alterations to all the remaining houses including fenestration detail on all elevations with some additional openings on side elevations, amendments to finishing materials, omission and alterations of decorative balconies, chimneys and entrance canopies, additional roof-lights and internal modifications to 43 units, numbered as follows: 1-10, 15, 18-26 Castlebrook Rise and 11-27 Castlebrook Green and all ancillary site works.
