The proposed amendments to the LRD relate solely to Ardhu House and Ardhu Bar as follows; 1) Construction of a new single storey extension to the existing Ardhu Bar to accommodate toilets and cold room within the existing courtyard of the Ardhu Bar. 2) Modifications to the existing Ardhu Bar layout by removal of ground floor toilet, removal of hall enclosure to reinstate the archway access to the courtyard.
