Mayo County Council: Knocknaskibbole Castlebar Co>Mayo We, Kenneth & Aisling McDonnell intend to apply for permission for retention of development at Knocknaskibbole, Castlebar, Co. Mayo, F23 XN96. The development to be retained consists of:
- (1)Modifications to previously permitted Garage (Ref: P17/523) to North of dwelling curtilage including:
- a)revised position on site
- b)revised position of roller shutter doors (2 no.)
- c)revised window and door configuration;
- d)extension to rear (including additional roller shutter door) measuring 87 sqm.

- (2)Modification to previously permitted Garage (Ref: P09/685) to centre of dwelling curtilage, namely the provision of a first-floor window to the front elevation.
- (3)All associated and ancillary site development works including repositioned steel container to front / west of northern Garage. This planning application may be inspected or purchased at a fee, not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy, at the offices of Mayo County Council, Áras an Chontae, Castlebar, Co. Mayo, during its public opening hours. A submission or observation in relation to the application may be made in writing to the Planning Authority on payment of the prescribed fee, €20, within the period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the Authority of the application, and such submissions or observations will be considered by the planning Authority in making a decision on the application.
