THE JUNCTION OF O GROWNEY STREET (N51) & L4001 – ATHBOY ROAD, ATHBOY, COUNTY MEATH

The development will comprise of the following:

1. a.
   Alterations to an existing two storey dwelling to include for demolition of an existing single storey section and external store, elevational and internal arrangement changes with associated car parking and site development works.
2. b.
   Demolition of an existing service station forecourt, pumps, canopy, various tanks above and below ground and compounds and service building including, car repair, retail and storage areas.
3. c.
   Provision of 4 no underground 60,000 litre fuel storage tanks.
4. d.
   Construction of a new 24-hour forecourt area including 4no. fueling pumps, new canopy, underground fuel storage tanks, oil dispensing & delivery bay and 1 no. 5,000 litre above ground Adblue storage tank.
5. e.
   Provision of two drive through car washes and a jet wash area with associated 3no. 10,000 litre water storage tanks.
6. f.
   Petrol and car wash interceptors.
7. g.
   Provision of a new all hard and soft landscape works with public lighting, planting and revisions to the existing boundary treatments.
8. h.
   An EV charging point.
9. i.
   Alterations to the existing vehicular entrances and reconfiguration of the existing car parking areas.
10. j.
    Construction works to facilitate foul, water and service networks for connection to the existing foul, water, gas and ESB networks with new surface soak-aways and attenuation system.
