the development will consist of the temporary placement and occupation of one mobile home, within an approximate maximum envelope of 12.2m long by 4.2m wide by 3.5m high, for use solely by the applicant and immediate family during construction of the dwelling permitted under Planning Ref. 25/60126; the installation of a temporary sealed foul pumping chamber and rising main connecting to the inlet of the permitted on-site wastewater treatment system; temporary water and electricity arrangements; associated siting works; and removal of the mobile home and temporary service connections following first occupation of the permitted dwelling or within the period permitted by the Planning Authority, whichever occurs first
