B): Works to Ballymagarvey House and existing buildings as follows: (1) New ground floor bar store and bridal "gift room" on the north side of the Stables building (c. 38 sq. m); (2) New "Dungeon Bar" (42 sq. m) at ground floor including landscaping and extended first floor terrace above (c. 75 sq. m) on the western end of the existing stables building; (3) 2 No. universally accessible single storey guest suites including landscaping within the "Secret Garden" (c. 63 sq. m); (4) Removal of existing modern conservatory (c. 15.8 sq. m) and replacement with conservatory area ( & "snug bar") room and store (c. 80 sq. m) on northern side of Ballymagarvey House; (5) Replacement external fire escape stairs and associated conservatory removal (c. 17.6m) to include additional conservatory area to west (c. 60.5 sq. m) and existing opes blocked up on southern side of Ballymagarvey House; all site development and landscaping (hard and soft) works.
