THE DEVELOPMENT CONSISTS OF: Creation of 14 no. temporary access points along public roads. These access points are proposed where the pipeline corridor intersects the public road along the routing of the Staleen Water Treatment Plant to the townland of Deenes trunk water main and the Staleen Water Treatment Plant to the Donore Reservoir trunk water main.
