THE PROPOSED STRUCTURE WILL HAVE AN EAVES AND RIDGE HEIGHT OF APPROX. 7.050M AND 8.600M RESPECTIVELY. THE FLOOR AREA OF THE BUILDING WILL BE APPROX. 406SQ METRES. THE BUILDING WILL HAVE TWO NUMBER MECHANICALLY OPERATED ROLLER SHUTTER DOORS AND ONE NUMBER PEDESTRIAN ACCESS DOOR TO ITS NORTH EASTERN ELEVATION. ONE PEDESTRIAN DOOR WILL BE LOCATED ON THE SOURTHERN ELEVATION. THE PROPOSED CLADDED PORTAL FRAMED BUILDING WILL HAVE REINFORCED CONCRETE WALL TO ITS PERIMETER OF A HEIGHT OF APPROX. 2.4M. THE REMAINDER OF THE BUILDING AND ROOF WILL BE CLAD WITH A LIGHTWEIGHT INSULATED COMPOSITE PANEL
