THE AMAU WILL COMPRISE OF A 6 BED WARD WITH ENSUITE, NURSES STATION, FIT ROOM, PANTRY, LINEN PRESS, CLEAN & DIRTY UTILITY AND OFFICE. ALL WITH ASSOCIATED SITE DEVELOPMENT WORKS. THE DEVELOPMENT WILL BE CARRIED OUT WITHIN THE CURTILAGE OF PROTECTED STRUCTURES [REF 23/325 & 23/322]
