the demolition of existing structures, including warehouse, silos and shed, and for the construction of a Primary Health Care Centre, including social care services, GP Clinic, retail unit, ancillary offices, across two buildings of two and three storeys. Building (1) will contain (a) a Primary Health Care Centre and (b) General Practice Surgery with a total gross floor area of 3841 sq. m.
