   removal of plaster from ground floor walls and introduction of timber battened dry lining
3. c)
   removal of latt and plaster ceiling and erection of battening for new plaster
4. d)
   removal of fireplaces
5. e)
   removal of large section of wall to the rear of the ground (rhs) ‘living room’
6. f)
   removal of side walls to rear window to enlarge opening to the rear of the existing ground floor extension (kitchen). The additional works include

      refurbishment of the existing stairs
   2. (ii)
      refurbishment of existing ground floor windows including heritage shutter housing and weight system
   3. (iii)
      reintroduction of sash window to first floor windows as replicas of ground floor windows including heritage shutter housing and weight system
   4. (iv)
      reinstatement of original doors
   5. (v)
      refurbishment of surviving features; front door and fanlight, joinery architraves, coach arch door including ‘wicker gate’, cast iron rainwater pipes and rainwater goods and all associated site and external works (All to a protected structure RPS No. 17-14)
