to modify the planning grant at Collins Lane (ref. 26/60013) as follows: To comply with Building Regulations we propose to introduce a second staircase core to serve the 1st-floor apartments. Other minor changes we propose, the site position (now realigned to Estate Road 1), revised building footprint GIA update: from 1045.5 m² to 1056.9m2 , internal layout area adjustments to both the crèche unit and the apartments and updated external elevations. A minor reduction in the outdoor play area from 420 sqm to 401 sqm although still under the required guidelines. The number of residential apartments, crèche child capacity, and required car/cycle parking spaces remain completely unchanged from the original application
