Construction of 2 number new toilet blocks of approximately 128 square metres each to the rear of the main stand. Extensions to 2 existing toilet blocks to the rear of the north terrace. Construction of a new toilet block to the rear of the town end terrace. Construction of a catering and merchandising/corporate functions building of approximately 142 sq metres to the rear of the main stand. 3. Construction of new turnstiles and entrance gates on the Athlone Road entrance and the Golf Links Road entrance respectively - 39 turnstiles in total.
