Permission for the • construction of an accessible walking route linking the Circle of Life Park with a new memorial garden, viewing areas and recreational amenities. • Provision of new pedestrian pathways including no-dig pathways, upgraded farm tracks, raised walkways and boardwalk structures. • Construction of a new pedestrian suspension bridge across the River Suck, including bridge supports, abutments, balustrades and associated infrastructure. • Provision of a bird hide, viewing deck, seating areas, interpretation features and visitor infrastructure. • Provision of a memorial garden including landscape works, planting, seating and associated amenities. • Installation of gates, fencing, access controls, wayfinding signage and visitor information throughout the route. • Provision of biodiversity enhancement measures including native planting, habitat creation and ecological mitigation works. • Upgrade works to existing access tracks including resurfacing, drainage improvements and associated accessibility measures. • Associated flood management, drainage, landscaping, site development and ancillary works. The proposed development is located within the River Suck Callows Special Protection Area (SPA) (Site Code 004097) and the Suck River Callows Natural Heritage Area (NHA) (Site Code 000222). The proposed development passes through the recorded earthworks (RO041-048010) and the combined Zone of Notification associated with this and adjacent recorded monuments, comprising a road/trackway (RO041-048009), ford (RO041-048006), graveyard (RO041-048015), mills (RO041-048003 and RO041-048004), church (RO041-048007), castle (RO041-048001), fortified house (RO041-048005), bawn (RO041-048002) and walled garden (RO041-048014).
