(7) Landscaping works to rear part of site including new Multi-Sports Outdoor Pitch, Running Track and Grassed overflow car-parking area. (8) Replacement of existing vehicular access to ‘Lizzie’s Cottage’ with new access at eastern end of the site including one accessible and a disabled access drop-off area. Geometry of new site entrance in compliance with Co. Sligo Development Plan 2017-2023. (9) Extension of existing proprietary tertiary effluent treatment system and polishing filter with a new enlarged version to cater for max. 160 people (students and staff) .(10) Carrying out all associated ancillary site works to include provision of services, storm water attenuation pond, landscaping and boundary treatment
