To make amendments to previously granted planning permissions PL22/400 and PL21/58. Previous permission PL22/400 comprised the redevelopment of the stadium with the construction of new spectator stands, amendments to existing spectator stands and the demolition of existing structures. The proposed amendments to PL22/400 comprise the following: 1) Layout changes, revised elevations and the addition of roof mounted plant screened off with louvres to the new Church Hill Road Spectator Stand. 2) Layout changes including a nett floor area increase (486sqm) over two floors to the rear of the stand, new players tunnel and revised elevations to the new Jinks Avenue Spectator Stand. 3) Layout changes, revised elevations, retention of existing seating and elongation of the new roof to the Railway End Stand. 4) Layout changes including the infill of the existing tunnel and dugouts to the existing Treacy Avenue Stand. 5) The addition of a new single storey ESB substation building. 6) Alterations to application boundary. 7) Amendments to site works including the addition of an external media compound area and carparking to the east of the Jinks Avenue Stand, together with all other associated site works, signage, vehicle and bicycle parking, civils design and services amendments. Previous permission PL21/58 comprised the erection of new floodlight pylons with LED type lighting and the upgrade of existing floodlight to LED type. This application is for permission for the erection of 2 no. new floodlight pylon to replace those originally planned to be upgraded
