The new proposals will also provide for the full remodelling of the interior of the building and the provision of a small contemporary ground floor extension to the rear to provide for 2 no. own door office units of approx. 87.5 sq m and approx. 96.5 sq m at new ground floor level. Proposals will also include the retention of historic stairs; modification of historic interiors; and change of use from commercial to residential accommodation at first and second floor levels to provide for 2 no. 2 bed units and 2 no. 3 bed units (maisonette and duplex style units). c) The development of 2 no. new residential blocks to the rear of the site (4 storeys in height), to provide for 27 no. residential apartment units in the form of 16 no. 1 bed units and 11 no. 2 bed units.
