It is proposed to replace 134 permitted residential units (comprising 59 houses and 75 apartments within house nos. 33-76 and Blocks 6, 7 & 8) with 104 no. 2-3 storey, semi-detached and terraced houses ranging in size from c.110.2sq.m to c.153.8sq.m and comprising 46 no. 3-bed units and 58 no. 4-bed units; all associated site development, landscaping, open spaces, boundary treatment works, car parking and infrastructural services provision.
