Mechanical plant at roof level of the main building is screened from view on all sides. The combined gross floor area of all proposed buildings is 22,147sq.m . A seperate application for planning permission for the demolition of existing buildings has been lodged with South Dublin County Council - Reg. Ref. SD16A/0086.
