Amendments to the shopping centre extension permitted under Reg. Ref. SD05A/0518, PL06S.214169 and consists of retention for the following elements: (1) the extension to the single storey service block located to the south of the existing supermarket, which now has a floor area of 73.2sq.m. (an increase from 22.9sq.m. as permitted) and for plant equipment and screening located on the roof of the service block; (2) amendments to the distances provided between the permitted three storey glazed stairway/lobby entrance to the shopping centre extension and the leisure centre entrance located on the northern elevation of the shopping - in excess of 2m separation has been provided between both entrances and 1.907 metres between the nearest point of overhang on both structures, which is 0.093 metres below the minimum clearance distance required under Condition No. 3 of Reg. Ref. SD05A/0518, PL06S.214169; (3) solar panels and metal balustrade located on the roof of the permitted extension to the shopping centre.
