Permission is sought for a change of use, namely intensification of use of existing facility for temporary storage prior to transfer offsite for recovery waste soil and stones. Small quantities of wood, metal or plastic may also be accepted at the facility due to the nature of the works. The change of use (intensification) required is from the current 24,950 tonnes per annum to 50,000 tonnes per annum.
