The development is already in existence and is located at Unit 16 Oak Road Business Park, Oak Road, Dublin 12. There is planning in place at the site but I am seeking clarification on whether the granted planning is adequate for the proposed operation of a waste facility permit from the unit. The facility will be used for the acceptance, sorting, refurbishment and temporary storage and repackaging of mobile phones. A waste facility permit pre-application meeting was held with Ms. Lorraine Beirne of South Dublin County Council who requested confirmation from planning to state that the unit in which the activities are to take place has the required planning. The planning reference number for the site is S99A/0474.
