The ground floor level of the dormer bungalow consists of an entrance space, bedroom, toilet, kitchen, utility room, dining and living area; a conservatory opens the house towards the private back garden; three bedrooms, a bathroom, separate toilet and storage spaces are at first floor; the facade material will be brick with powder coated metal frame windows; the slate roof with its 3 velux-type windows to the north and a dormer window to the south complete the house; the ground floor level of each of the three terraced houses consists of entrance hall, toilet, utility room, kitchen, dining and living area; a private terrace and garden is situated east at the rear of the building; on the first floor three bedrooms, a bath, a toilet and some storage space can be found; the accessible attic space above first floor can be used as additional storage space; the houses are finished with a brick facade, timber framed hardwood windows and a slate roof; the front and back gardens will have both hard and soft external landscaping.
