The proposal also seeks the reorganisation of vehicular access to and around the centre, including removal of the mall entrance at the junction of Fairways and Butterfield Avenue; the redesign of the southern vehicular entrance from Fairways; and improved pedestrian and cycle access comprising priority pedestrian access area and the provision of 2 no. cycle parking shelters. The alterations involve other minor amendments and site works.
