Alterations to the Food Court Area at first floor level. These alterations include building an extension of 172 sq.m. at first floor level (adjacent to main entrance) so as to create a new restaurant of 220 sq.m. by incorporating part of the common seating area in the existing Food Court into the new restaurant. This new extension will provide a glazed elevation at first floor level to the centre. In addition a new common seating area of 470 sq.m. at first floor level located in the fallow area to the south of central atrium so as to increase seating capacity for the food court area. (2) amend (a) the rear wall of units 101 & 102 at first and second floor level by reducing their projection by 1 metre in depth, (b) omit part of rear parapet wall and rear roof light and (c) amend location of fire escape doors at ground floor level in rear elevation.

Access to the new retail floors will be from a new escalator in the Central Atrium together with additional staircases, fire escapes and from the existing Food Court. New elevations which match the existing are proposed to the rear of the Centre.
