The provision of additional service corridors and commercial refuses stores. (3) The development shall include the replacement of an existing basement level ESB substation at ground floor, refuse storage at ground floor for retail and at basement level for residential, site ancillary works and hard and soft landscaping works including the upgrading of the landscaped area between Belgard Road and High street. Total site area c.3.1686 Ha.
