The proposed development will alter a Protected Structure (RPS Ref: 066 Avondale) and is located within the curtilage of another Protected Structure (RPS Ref: 017 Brooklawn). The proposed development will also result in the removal of some protected trees and the planting of new soft landscaping (Tree Preservation Order (Quarryvale, Brooklawn) (Liffey Valley No.1) Order 1990).
