For a development of approximately 8112sqm on lands at Fortunestown Way/Sundale Park for a new Neighbourhood Centre, comprising three interconnecting buildings (as outlined below) around a new square, associated carparking and site works. A new four-storey building fronting onto Fortunestown Way containing 20 No. two-bed apartments at Second and Third Floor Levels, and Office Units at First Floor Level, over Retail Units with ancillary spaces at Ground Floor Level. A new building along the realigned Sundale Park, stepping up from three storeys at its southern extreme to six storeys, locally, at Fortunestown Way/realigned Sundale Park corner, containing 25 No. two-bed and 1 No. three-bed apartments from First to Sixth Floor Level inclusive, over Retail Units and ancillary spaces at Ground Floor level. A new two-storey building between the Existing Retail and Sundale Park comprising a Gym at First Floor Level and a Creche with rear garden/play area at Ground Floor Level. A Basement Carpark containing 199 spaces. Roadworks to include the realignment of Sundale Park to form a T-Junction with Fortunestown Way, the introduction of a T-Junction at Brookfield Road/Fortunestown Way in place of the existing roundabout, and associated new traffic signals and roadmarkings. Hard and soft landscaping, surface car parking (70 spaces), a new internal road linking new vehicular entrances off Sundale Park and Fortunestown Way and the upgrading of the public open space to the West of Sundale park by the introduction of perimeter railings and hard and soft landscaping.
