The alterations are as follows:- (i) The construction of a rear corner bedroom No. 4 at a lower level ridge height of 6.5m in lieu of the bedroom eliminated under Condition 2(a) of SD06A/0040; (ii) the construction of a projecting rear gable wall 1m from the rear building line to facilitate a window on the southwest side of the proposed first floor level playroom in lieu of the rear facing window on the building line as per Condition 2(b) of SD06A/0040. This alteration will also result in a single storey conservatory structure to the breakfast room at ground floor level and a flat roofed area with rooflight over to the first floor level playroom.
