The extension is to include a play area and a W.C; the change of use of the existing ground floor rear dining area (12sq.m.) to be ancillary to the childcare facility. The total area of the childcare facility will be 33.2sq.m. including play areas totalling 30sq.m.. The works will also include partial demolition of the kitchen area to allow for the provision of a new roof to the extension. The facility will have its own entrance door and a ramp will be provided for wheelchair/pram access.
