There are no external alterations to the building as a result of the provision of this additional internal office accommodation and existing car parking provided on site remains sufficient in facilitating the extended building.

The subject alteration proposal incorporates the following: Alteration at Ground Floor Plan as follows: Change of Use of 12m2 of Ancillary Office area to Staff Facilities area. Alterations at First Floor Plan as follows: Change of use of 34m2 of Ancillary Office area to Staff Facilities area. Mezzanine Plant Area increased by 252m2. Addition of 62m2 of External Plant Area. Overall building height reduced from 13m to 9.8m due to clear internal headroom reducing from 10m to 6.8m plus roof lights now omitted from Roof Plan. Building elevation revisions due to the related layout changes. Relocation of ESB Substation (total area of 32.95m2) on the site. Site Plan and associated drainage updates based on all the above adjustments. NOTE: All other previously granted elements remain as per existing granted Planning Permissions described above.
