Alterations to previously approved permission (prev. Reg. Ref. SD03A/0972, PL06S.206744) including the omission of 59 previously approved dwelling units (47 apartments and 12 duplex units) and their replacement with 40 dwelling units (22 duplex units and 18 houses) in a revised site layout. The proposed 22 duplex units (18x3 bed units and 4x2 bed units) are located in 1 no. four/five storey block and 5 no. three storey blocks. SIGNIFICANT FURTHER INFORMATION: the revised plans consist of the omission of 59 previously approved dwelling units (previous Ref. SD03A/0972) and their replacement with 38 dwelling units in a revised mix as follows - 22 houses consisting of 2 x Type B (3 storey end terrace, 3 bed house), 2 x Type B1 (3 storey mid terrace 3 bed house), 6 x Type L (2 storey end terrace, 3 bed house), 6 x Type V (2/3 storey detached, 3 bed house), 2 x Type V1 (2/3 storey terraced, 3 bed house), 4 x Type W1 (3 storey semi-detached, 3 bed house with garage), 12 Duplex units consisting of 8 x 3 bed units and 4 x 2 bed units in a 4/5 storey block and 4 x 2 bedroom apartments in a 4 storey block and the provision of 2 additional pedestrian entrances and all associated site works.
