The development also consists of the retention of the following amendments: internal revisions to the permitted retail arrangement, related amendments to the elevations at ground floor and the inclusion of a breakwater tank. Internal revisions relate to 527.5 sq.m. of the parent permission. The schemes services (mechanical and electrical, water supply, sewage disposal and surface water disposal) will form part of those permitted in the parent permission.
