17,807sq.m. of development south of the proposed new pedestrian street within the approved development Reg. Reference SD03A/0421: a 110 no. bedroom hotel of 6,813sq.m. to include associated bar, restaurant and back of house facilities, seven storeys in height plus roof plantroom; an office building of 2,309sq.m. six storeys in height; 3441sq.m. of ground floor commercial/retail units to accommodate 5 no. class 1 retail service units at ground and mezzanine levels; a food hall of 2032sq.m. at first floor level; associated back of house service areas for shared commercial use at ground, mezzanine and first floor levels; a creche of 542sq.m. and external play area at first floor level; 28 number one, two and three bedroom apartments with balconies at second to sixth floor levels; and a second floor raised and landscaped courtyard: Revisions to permitted development Reg. Ref.
