It will consist of a two bay portal frame structure, constructed and finished to a specification and apperance similar to that of the adjcent buildings, and will include an external boiler house and caged battery charge area for fork lift trucks. The overall area of the new building and support spaces will be 1752.00 sq.m. The proposed site is covered with an IPC licence from the EPA, refrence no. 275.
